For the serious chocolate enthusiast, we present our Chocolate CSC (Community Sponsored Chocolatiering) subscription box!

Each subscription box is beautifully packaged and contains an assortment of our delicious classic bonbons as well as limited seasonal offerings, which may include truffles, filled chocolates, chocolate charcuterie, drinking chocolates and other creations, all seasonally- and place-inspired, fresh and handmade in our Brattleboro chocolate laboratory. We include our newest recipes that reflect the season's bounty and are always delicious, fresh and imaginative. We will announce what is in the current subscription box at the beginning of the month.

Subscriptions will include full descriptions of each item, and will be artfully packaged in compostable cello bags or recycled and recyclable kraft boxes.

•5 oz. Fromage Blanc Amok pâté made with Spoonwood Cabin Creamery fromage blanc and Runamok Maple rye barrel aged Vermont maple syrup dark chocolate ganache
